The technical support takes the time to understand the requests and makes sure to answer as much as possible. The grip is somewhat complex, but with a little help it always goes well. From first registration I was allocated a dedicated member of the support team who assisted my initial set up and helped me familiarise myself with the platform. As we used it more different specialist would respond to my various enquiries. Once the platform was set up to our specifications it is easily manages the day to day running of our space and does everything we need it to. Knowing that there is such a well trained and helpful support team who respond quickly and clearly to any issue that is raised helps make our experience of the Nexudus platform a 100% positive one.
