The support team is awesome. Pros: Clean user interface. Everything is located at the right place so it is easy to navigate through the software. We also like that the screen size adjusts itself when we connect with our smartphone or even the tablet sometime. Finally, as I wrote in the subject, when we contact the support team, we get a fast and a smart answer on the first request. We do not have to wait days that our request escalade to higher levels. We get the correct answer the same day. Cons: We are long time users. With the Windows version, the user interface was not so impressive. However, with the web version, it is now really easy to navigate the software. Overall: I just love this program and we could no longer do without it. Our employees are also satisfied to use this software.

Pros: Our clients can submit their request from our website and it goes straight to our ticket list in the software. That's great. Cons: Not much to say against this software. Everything is fine. Overall: Even after 5 years, we still love using this software for our ticketing. We are not using all the features. Thanks OroLogic.

Finally, support is also great. When we contact them, we get fast and a smart answers from the first time and on the same day. We do not have to wait days to receive intelligent answers.
