She can solve any problem with the utmost professionalism and a touch of humor. It doesn't matter if the request is last minute or requires some planning and research - Kathy delivers! I am happy she is our dedicated service rep and always wish for her to be the one to respond to my requests. She's also great at reminding me when a deadline approaches, and has managed to make magic should something go wrong. I appreciate Kathy very much.
