isolved's paperless onboarding feature offers many great features ranging from a mobile/desktop friendly UI to online tax forms and document acknowledgements. Most users can breeze through the process, filling out information not only required to hire an employee, but also data sets that can vary from client to client. Seeing where hires are in their onboarding process is simple and the feature allows different phases of the hiring process to be completed by various users if needed.

Whenever I have a question or need assistance, I almost always can get ahold of someone helpful and knowledgable to walk me through. βWhat I like most about Isolved is the Onboarding Platfromβ¦β
What I like most about Isolved is the Onboarding Platfrom through Isolved Hire. It makes my job quick and easy, and allows me to focus on more tasks. It is extremly user friendly. What I like most is the idea of the Candidate Matching. It takes the skills from the applicants and gives them a score based off of those skills for the specific job they will be doing. Ever since we implemented Onboarding at our place of business our process has opperated smoothly.
