The lack of built in reporting - I get that they want to monetise the product, but it feels a little sneaky to hold back all reporting until you pay for the add ons. Also, if you've filtered the view to find a specific data set, and then hit 'back', you have to re-apply filters, which can get old.

Hubspot has been a great investment for our business. We have seen increased traffic, leads and new customers as well as better overall communication with the use of their email marketing tool! The team here really likes what they're seeing so far- we'll be integrating more platforms into HubSpot over time too but right now it's working perfectly fine without any additional costs added on top which is awesome because most businesses need all hands on deck during busy seasons anyways ;).

We love Hubspot! We have been very pleased with the amount of value it has brought to our business and we will continue using them in order for us, as well as integrating more platforms. When ready though- once everything is working smoothly again after upgrading some aspects such pricing plans/accessories etc., then eventually maybe later down this road if needed...we might even go ahead an upgrade ourselves by adding onto what currently exists rather than starting from scratch which would cost exponentially more money but give better results anyways?

We were previously using another marketing platform that just didn't cut it, but now we have all the tools to effectively market ourselves on social media and through email campaigns with ease! The best part is how affordable HubSpot's pricing plans are too - there really isnβt anything comparable out there in terms or features offered at such reasonable prices.
