Outstanding service. This is my first experience working with a hosted website; before to this, I had only ever worked with physical servers. It made sense. I was able to connect to the database by following the instructions in the Knowledge Base, therefore I didn't need to contact assistance by phone or email. The website came to life after a few clicks here, a form to complete there, an FTP upload, and a SQL Server restore. Perfect.
