I have used the Fixed Asset Accounting software with several companies over the years. It is a great system for finance professionals and saves a huge amount of time with tracking and at year-end. Customer service has alwasy been top notch. There are no real cons to FMIS, but it is probably not ideal if you are looking for a very basic DIY system.
