Very poor. Set up a new server, live chat guy promised to expedite. Still took 3 hours. When I got server, windows was not activated. They said in support ticket they had 'problem' with activation and were trying to sort it. I was not willing to spend a week configuring and moving sites to a server that was not activated until I was sure it was working and was not going to stop working. 21 hours later, no response. Still not activated. Followed up in live chat. Guy promised to respond with update in 30 mins, I told him I wanted it activated in next 30 minutes, or refund as no good to me. One hour later, no response, no update, no activation. I live chatted again, guy cut me off when I asked for refund. Got another live chat operative, she said same thing - please wait, I am talking to some senior service guy. At this point, I have ZERO confidence these people know what they're doing, and really don't want to have anything with them so I ask them to refund. The live chat refused, and says they'll only start billing me when the server is fixed. I say that is not acceptable, I need a working server NOW, not at some unspecified point in the future when they can figure out their technical issues.

TLDR; paid money, got busted server, company refused to refund me, promised not to keep billing me until they get the server to work at some point in future

didn't take long for me to change my feedback - Have spent over 2 hours tonight on live chat speaking to a Reuben M - has not resolved any of my issues and said terminating my account from WHM was not possible. Absolute joke of a company!!!

I normally don’t like given bad review to companies as day to day operation of the business can be challenging. But I have been in development for over 15 years and have develop numerous websites and host with so many providers, from reseller hosting to ordinary hosting with service provider. This company is the worst I have never seen. The support staff are unprofessional and they rarely know what to do. During my junior development career I work in application support. The key to any support is to understand the product you are supporting as well as company operational activities.

I registered 2 reseller hosting packages and 2 domains with them and wanted to transfer my existing customers from various providers to them because of cost and convenience. Before I buy the packages with them I went through extensive conversation with them through their support online chat. What I got from them was bunch of lies. They told me that they will apply discount while I was purchasing the packages. They encourage me to go through the process and they ask me to provide the Trans ID so that they can apply discount, which I did. Until when I finished I saw that I was charged the full amount. They then told me I can claim that later on, which there no was given path way to do this. As If that is not bad enough, they promised me that my domains will be life in 30 – 60 minutes. I have been on and off with them for 10 ½ hours only for them to come back and said oh you entered the wrong email address during registration. They ask me to send verification email to email address they provided to me through chat which I did. Further slapping me on my face with frustration they again requested that I have to provide an invoice address while I cannot even login into my account. I forwarded receipt sent to me by PayPal to them still they said they were not happy with that because they are looking for a number which they did not tell me were to find that. Then I call them directly. Only when I threaten to report them to trading standards for possible fraud investigation did they finally said to me is all ok we have verified it now without any explanation.

If all that was not bad enough, my servers are not running. Changing even my password was a nightmare. I have lost ½ of my customers for this because they believe I lied to them. Up to now no head way.

I am warning everyone to keep away from this company. The support staff are ill-informed about their services, lies and deceit are horrendous. Their down time is the worst I have never seen. Do not sell services that you cannot provide. They should be brought to book by trading standards. Absolute fraud.

I am very sorry to hear about your experience; your feedback is very much appreciated and I would like to the address your points below:

1. Re “They told me that they will apply discount while I was purchasing the packages...”When making a purchase and before taking payment an invoice is raised and displayed with an invoice reference number, once the invoice has been raised you can then choose your method of payment. The sales agents’ intention was that once the invoice was raised, to then apply the discount after which you could then pay the adjusted amount. In this instance when the invoice was raised you moved straight onto making payment before the invoice had been adjusted. I apologise if this process was not made clear by the agent, I have been in touch with our team to make sure this process is correctly relayed in the future.

2. Re: “Until when I finished I saw that I was charged the full amount…..” When paying by PayPal the total amount to be charged is displayed with a request asking if you wish to continue, at this stage we could still have adjusted the invoice for you as soon as we were made aware of the discrepancy however by proceeding the full amount would be charged.

3. Re: “They then told me I can claim that later on, which there no was given path way to do this.”... I agree this should have been made clear, we have our sales team available 24x7 by both live chat and ticket who would have been available to action this for you, we also have a customer services team available from 8am to 6 pm Mon - Fri who would have been available to do this for you.

4. Re: “they promised me that my domains will be life in 30 – 60 minutes”... This generally would be the case. For new domain registrations, we go through a verification process, this process sends an email to your address which contains a link allowing you to confirm the registration. In this instance the email address provided during registration was incorrect and thus the verification email was never received. Once we were made aware to of this issue we did take steps to correct the email address.

5. Re “They ask me to send verification email to email address they provided to me through chat which I did. Further slapping me on my face with frustration they again requested that I have to provide an invoice address while I cannot even login into my account.”.... I recognise that our authentication process can be a pain, our staff are trained to only accept specific data for verification, it is in no way done to frustrate clients but to ensure the integrity of client accounts. Please accept my apologies for this.

6. Re “If all that was not bad enough, my servers are not running.”... I understand all issues have now been resolved and all services are live

Have been hosting with them for about 2 yrs, and all have been fine .... today that all changed when they showed their true colours refusing to deliver the so called "Free" IP address that they advertise comes included in their SSL certificates. .... what a scam! with all the services and VPs's we have with them we are really shocked at their latest stunt .... well i suppose now would be a good time to start searching for a new service provider. We definitely do not want to invest any more time supporting a company with ethics like this.

Many issues with hosting and emails, still ongoing. EUKHost refuse to accept there are any problems with the server hosting my reseller account. I have spent many hours trying to sort it out. EUKHost are a nightmare to deal with.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A BIG NO FOR EUKHOST TO ANYONE. I have faced worst hosting service experience from last 8 months with eUKHost. They have illiterate people in their team who don't understand the meaning of live server. On an average every month their server get down twice. THEY JUST SUCK THE MONEY AND LEAVE YOU HELPLESS... THEY ARE NOT SUPPORTIVE. MOST OF THE TIME THEY ARE CLUELESS WHAT IS THE ISSUE. MOST OF THE TIME DOWNTIME IS MORE THAN 5-6 HOURS WHICH IS TOO MUCH FOR A SERVER AND ULTIMATELY AN ONLINE BUSINESS. At this point of time 10th Oct 2013, 10:20AM IST. there server is down and I am following them from last 2 hours. Their customer support team (Sarah) is saying it will take another 2 hours. FINALLY I HAVE DECIDED TO SWITCH THE SERVER FROM EUKHOST (PATHETIC AND WORST SERVICE PROVIDER). ** SAY A BIG NO FOR EUKHOST ** NEVER HOST YOUR SITES WITH THEM **

Terrible. I have seen eUKhost go down hill over the years. Support is frustrating to say the least. Online support do NOT understand complex issues or actually listen to what you are saying. I have been forced to look for an alternative. I would give them 0 Stars if it would let me.

I moved to another hosting provider from EUKHOST in late 2011 after their terrible outsourced IT Support in India. I had been with EUKHOST for a number of years but always I would have to chase their support team via ticket or livechat. Dont get me wrong livechat was good but painfully slow and they would always transfer you. Their reseller features were poor and their end user support was not what it said on the tin! Services would always stop on the server I was on. Sometimes I would wait over 12-24 hours for a ticket reply! Not good!
