eSwapp is a SaaS platform powered by Machine Learning to find best matches instantly for colleagues to give and get skills, such as swapping marketing skills for IT skills.

Our team has a combination of technical and commercial skills, having worked for multinational companies such as Google, Danone and RBS…, as well as from academia such as University of Cambridge and Yale University. But most importantly, we all share the same vision to revolutionise learning and development within organisations, so everyone can have one-on-one training with a colleague, on a skill they genuinely want and need.

Achievements:

November 2019 to November 2020: first cohort of TechHub Accelerate, sponsored by Google for Campus, Silicon Valley Bank and other partners.

November 2019 and May 2019: twice finalist (no winners) at Pitchfest Cambridge, St Johns Innovation Centre, Enterprise Europe Network and Innovate UK.

November 2019: Investors Choice Award, Strategy Insight Lab.

July to November 2019: one of five startups selected from over 100 applications for Machine Learning Accelerator with TheVentury in Austria.

April 2019: one of 14 UK companies selected by the British Government to go on a mission to the Netherlands on Artificial Intelligence, by Innovate UK, London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Enterprise Europe Network.

Feb to April 2019: selected from 550 applications to attend Strategy Insight Lab, a three-month business support programme with Cass Business School (City University London), in partnership with University of Oxford, Bocconi University, the London Growth Hub and Cavendish Enterprise, and grants from Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS)
