I am the worlds worst person with a computer, they terrify me, I don't understand them at all and if at any time anything goes wrong I go into a blind panic. I changed to SWB after I had major hacking issues on my computer 18 months ago, I had to change passwords and I lost vital information. It was a worrying time. I was recommended SWB, I can't remember who by, but it was someone I didn't know and it was on twitter. But it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Why are they so good? Well, there is a human at the end of the phone, always. Someone who listens and always talks me through any issues I have (none of which is due to their hosting issues btw). They are always kind, caring and listen, at the end of every phone call my blood pressure drops and I can get on with my business. For me, a small business owner, this is vital. I don't want a huge company being thrown from pillar to post adding to any frustration. South West Broadband are the best, they are reliable, helpful and incredible value for money, but most of all I use the word support, their support is second to none. Don't even consider another hosting company, just go with SWB.
