If you've never used a game hosting website or citadel, I highly recommend them for the following reasons: - Easy game setup, I rented two servers and they set up straight away with no issues. -> Configuration files that can be accessed from the field of play without the need to use FTP or Linux which is a huge benefit. - Advanced setups if you need them (they clustered the server for ark survival for me) -> It is possible to use beta versions / alternate branches they offer e.g. Different versions of a game. - Very quick response on the support page, they also have live chat which is nice, I haven't seen any other host offering this. - The price is very fair and reasonable - Huge selection of games, maybe the biggest host out there - Wide range of places, especially in America, I loved it at first. I recommend this host if you are either a beginner in hosting or someone who has been hosting for years as it is very easy to use. They offer Paypal, Bitcoin and card payments and they have group payments for donations which is a huge benefit.
