After migrating to a new server, emails to the server started bouncing. So we contacted Bobcares. Sherin quickly zoned into my issue and managed to get the emails to and from the server to work fine. I'm impressed with their speed in emergency situations.

I have been a Bobcares customer for many years. I am one of the oldest customers they have. They have become part of my company and part of my life. They care about my business and also about me. They are good at the tech support, but many other companies are as well. Where Bobcares staff stands is their personal touch. You know this is more than a job for them. They care about their customers. I could not run my company without them. I asked them to uses their real first names because I wanted my customer to know they are doing the support. To me, Bobcares is an asset, not a liability. I want my customers to know that I am paying for the best support money can buy. They are part of my team. You can get any better than that!
