Avoid at all costs. Ranjit Rajan is the most arrogant member of the team. I would strongly avoid this company and any of their multiple brands.

Great support by ticket all initial issues resolved. Have to say there seems to be no facility for emergency support EG the other night after a server move we had a couple of sites down. No resolution in several hours just constant "we are looking into this" replies. In the end we paid a freelancer who had both sites going again in 15 minutes. Also tried their messenger chat twice with no replies and phoned and got no reply. Not writing this off it IS a good service for the money but would like to see much better support and a chance to escalate for emergency issues.

I have contacted '24x7technicalsupport' via chat and I got connected in a few minutes, explained what the issue of my server is. They confirmed that the issue can be resolved, so I signed up, paid and open a ticket. In about 30 minutes they sorted it out. I must appreciate the work on Tech Support engineers, They really work hard and believe in quality. Money worth service that to with instant replies from Tech support Engineers. They are always ready to accept the chats and sort our issues. The best part of 24x7technicalsupport.net is there direct admin server management plan they gave me with $30, and have to help me with migration too. One more thing I need to mention here is about the sales team which is supportive to help you to select the best configuration. They have dedicated server offers too. Try to give excuses because as technical persons they have only this... If you want to downmarket then go with them. We already got a lot of bad reviews and are still hearting business. Best service for losing credit/reputation for your business.
