Very poor - had arranged and confirmed meeting at our head office with BlueBridge, they did not turn up. Left new business representative multiple voicemails to the extent of checking if he was ok in case he had suffered an accident en route, no response. Called head office, they said they would chase up with their rep, no call back. Sent emails to both the rep and the 'contact us' page on the company website - no response. i have worked in the IT industry for over a decade and have never experienced such poor treatment. Very unprofessional and incredibly rude!
