Arbostar is a great software designed around the user and for the user. That is why my team and I love this software so much. It is great because it offers exactly what we need for our tree care business. Arbostar is very professional looking, making us look presentable to the customers. It is very easy to use as it is very intuitive. It has a short learning curb and with the Arbostar team’s guidance, the learning process is even smoother. The software is very functional. It offers everything we need and even more. From estimating, creating workorders, scheduling, invoicing, customer emails, etc. the list goes on and on. With Arbostar we are now more organized and more productive than before. I would highly recommend Arbostar to all tree care businesses.

We had always had a hard time managing our fieldworkers’ schedules, keeping track of customers, and sending out invoices. Now that we're using ArboStar, all that has changed. Our workflow is much more organized and we're seeing an increase in income. We are able to manage a lot more details now and we're able to focus on providing excellent customer service and actually running our business instead of being worried about constantly falling behind.. ArboStar helps automate a lot of repetitive tasks in the business process and there's no more double entry since it syncs with Quickbooks! Honestly, it's a tool that every arborist business should use. If you own a tree care company and want to make your life a heck of a lot easier, give it a try. I had a little trouble at the start trying to adapt to the software, but their customer service did a great job at helping me adapt. I think I'm just not that great at picking up new technology.

One of the best arborist mobile apps i have use. This platform should be the best friend for fieldworkers. It provides me with everything i need in the field and i am able to communicate with office employees with ease.As a fieldworker, i will say that ArboStar has one of the best mobile apps that you will find out there. The interface is top-notch, clean, and easy to navigate. You can log in once you are at the job site and log out when you are done. It also shows your schedules and gives you the opportunity to communicate with office employees.

Before ArboStar we were still using paper invoices. We really wanted to go paperless and this really helped! Before ArboStar, we'd have to tell customers they'd need to call the office to pay with their card. We're a small family company so sometimes they were stuck waiting until I was available to process it for them. Now all that can happen online without me having to be there to do it. It was great that our estimators were able to input all the necessary details to build up the invoice at the job site. The GPS and Live map features are also great. They let us know where our field team was at all times and if they were still running on schedule so we could call customers if we needed to inform them of any delays. I found it very easy to use, but some of our less tech savvy team members struggled a bit at first.

We can easily see all jobs scheduled for any given day, search open and historic work orders, track the progress on longer jobs, and ensure all invoices are created and sent in a timely manner. This has resulted in less lost paperwork and an increase in communication, while also minimizing the number of support staff needed in the office to keep operations running smoothly. ArboStar has a fairly intuitive layout and search function. Once the customer list is loaded, you can view all jobs relating to individual customers, upload photos, set up future services, and easily move calls between technicians. This is a great program to start with when moving away from an antiquated platform (paper, Excel, etc.). I'd like to see even more customization out of ArboStar in the future, but hey, maybe I'm just being greedy!

Arbostar is a life-changing app. We are a much more organized team with this software. Before, all our documents used to be spread all over the office. Now with Arbostar, we easily keep track of all of our documents, estimates, invoices, etc. in one system. We easily create estimates and send them to our customers in a really professional looking email. We can also now easily attach maps and other docs to the estimates and share it with the client and field workers. All the features the software offers really just make the whole client process quite seamless. The arbostar team is also always fantastic and super helpful. Overall, Arbostar is definitely one of the best things we've done for our business. I highly recommend it.

Using ArboStar, we're able to create estimates and work through an ongoing job without it affecting our bookkeeping in Quickbooks Online. It lets fieldworkers track our time records when they arrive on the job site, and we're also able to keep more detailed notes about the equipment without them being accessible to the customer. Synchronization with Quickbooks Online. Basic functions are easy to use. Adaptable to your company's needs (custom fields and reports, etc). Directions/maps are integrated into each customer's location for quickly planning your day's journey. I would love to see a more detailed search feature.

Since we started using ArboStar, we have had better organization, eliminated repetitive tasks, successful manage employees and fleet. This has led our company to increase in size and income within a short period of time. Very user-friendly and support is top-notch. It provides our business with all the features needed for success and more. Any issues I've had with the program have main issues on my end, I would urge any new user to watch the training videos. That was my main issue.
