Arbostar is a great idea for the tree care industry. So far our experience has been amazing. It’s a great intuitive tool that covers all our needs. We have been using it for our day to day activities. We add our clients, create estimates and workorders, keep our office and field employees’ schedules, make appointments, and do other tasks with the help of the Arbostar system. We are now able to keep track of things effortlessly. The mobile app is also great. It has a great interface and is super easy to use. Everyone working in the company and using Arobstar says how much they love Arbostar and are happy with the executive decision to install it. Of course, I highly recommend choosing Arbostar for your tree care business.

I don't usually write reviews but I was approached by our rep in ArboStar to say few words about their software. I told them that I would be happy to do this because over the years they saved so-so much of our time. Their automatic follow up system, their scheduling and constant communication with customers via online profile really helped our business a lot through out the years. Arbostar gives me more clarity and efficiency in the business. All the necessary tools that we need to run our business smoothly are there. We can quickly create estimates on the Arbostar app and sent them out within minutes or confirm right on the spot by the clients and this resulted in better confirmation rates. Automatic follow up system is great and also helps with sales. ArboStar gives us easy access to our client information through live searh and in client's profile we can easily see everything that happened to the clients from creation to phone calls, sms messages, emails, pictures, tree inventorys basically everything which helps us to service them faster and more efficiently. So, our engagement with clients really improved. And by the end of the day it avoids the hassle of completing any paperwork with the ArboStar apps on tablets or phones. The number of workorders completed, the hours our crews spent on site on jobs, how much money every crew member brings, the mileage etc., all this information is in the system real time which is really great. I will definitely recommend this to other tree companies and thank you for listening to us for the new features!

We used ArboStar system in our company Arbor Tech for 4 years already and I can say that this system really helped our company to grow. The features that I like the most is the reporting and the analytics where we can easily access and monitor how our business is performing from sales to financials, man-hour-return calculations and even our office staff performance tracking. The system helps us to easily generate custom reports based on our business needs and as a result we are able to determine what needs to be improved in every point. Plus it streamlined our customer management, scheduling and invoicing. I would recommend every tree company to try them out, maybe not in our area though because we don't want our competitors to have this advantage! Just kidding but seriously two thumbs up for ArboStar and thanks for helping us get where we are now.

Arbostar is a 5/5 software system that has been the best thing for helping our business grow. The software is easy to use thanks to the well-thought interface. This software has been designed especially for the user, allowing ease of field use & intuitive support. The Arbostar software has made the team very happy because it has made our jobs a lot easier. All the features are very helpful. The platform is very easy to use and can be learned fast. What I’m really happy about is that it makes quoting, booking, and scheduling jobs a breeze. It also helps us keep track of all clients and their information. We are so happy that we do not have to keep all those details on a scrap piece of paper or use several different platforms to be able to do our basic tasks. Everything from start to finish is in one place. Easy to keep track of everything. Due to that, the team’s work has improved drastically. Tasks that used to take hours are now simple to do-s. We know who has done what, what clients want, when things need to be done, etc. Our estimators are in love with the mobile app. Their work efficiency has increased, as now they don’t have to be in the office to do the job. They can contact clients, create estimates, and send them to the clients even from the field. Also, we have realized that using the Arbostar system has made us look more professional to our customers. We are happy we made the choice to use Arbostar.
