Our application relies on being able to partner with a company that can offer us excellent and reliable support and, after a very bad experience with another ISP, we started working with the team at UKFast about 4 years ago. We have always found them to be proactive and able to field the right expert to help resolve every query we have had of whatever size and complexity. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been using UKFast for the last 3 years and I have had no problems with their service. I started off with cloud platform and found out very quickly that I needed to upgrade to a better solution as the system we built was outgrowing us faster than we anticipated. I have had the pleasure of working with Ollie and Michael and have a great relationship with them, if ever I have a problem I know one of them will get it sorted in the quickest time possible. The technical support is really good, there have been a number of occasions where I have been stuck and the site was laggy and they were able to pinpoint where I have gone wrong or they have made changes to the server environment to keep the site running smoothly. Value for money and beyond. Hopefully I can keep growing knowing that UKFast has my back.

Absolutely Brilliant, we wouldn't recommend anyone else! We run a Small Web Hosting Company and have been with UKFast since our Inception almost 3 years ago. The quality of the service is second to none. Our Account Manager is always available to deal with any issues and is a Pleasure to work with. There Support team is second to none, no matter what the issue they are always ready to jump in and sort the issue out. You also DO NOT spend 20 minutes waiting for them to answer, they are always quick to answer and they don't say Please submit a ticket, they deal with the issue and submit the ticket for you. In all our time with UKFast nothing has ever been a problem that cannot be solved quickly and once solved, is actually solved.
