Review after a year - still the very best. I had a major technical malfuction on the server recently. The support services were brilliant, and sorted it out in good time. there was even a follow up phone call a few days later to make sure everything was still working well. First class!

The level of cutomer service from these guys is great. If one of there support staff cant resolve your issue, it's escalated. This recently happened to me after a server migration and Pollard S from the Windows Technical Support team was pretty much one of the best online technical support operators I've ever dealt with. Most companies online tech support is dreadful, Webhostin uk's is great. Been and will be a customer for years. Thanks Guys

Last two years I was a customer of Web Hosting UK. Because their work style, communication and dedicated helpdesk operative's and sales, billing dept personnel act like a friend. Kemp, Priscilla, Scott all of them great people but I wanna say special thanks to Albie. I never seen anyone like him before. He recognizes me when I connect to live chat and he help me on everything. Two year ago I was buy VPS from him and now upgrade it with him again. Great live chat support! It's quick, efficient and always solved all my websites and server issues. Would recommend to all people who are looking for not expensive and good hosting. Only advice - on the website to make more clear about hosting options/packages (like, what is the difference between Linux and Windows hosting, shared servers etc, which hosting package to choose if I want to host just 1 website or social site with thousands of users etc). Otherwise people with small knowledge about hosting and servers and websites can get lost and confused. But overall - it's great! 5*

Shocking is all that I can say. Out of all the webhosts I have had dealings with, I have never come across support staff that do not listen to your problems at hand and when 'trying' to transfer two co.uk domains have the ones contents trashed. Servers in the USA, call centre in India and NO contact presence in the UK. Says it all.

Previously I wrote very positive review of WHUK.
By the time I discovered that there are some weakness point that they should cover. They have excellent 24/7 customer support and very instant response time. The problem is they cannot prevent the issues from happening again. So you have to monitor your site 24/7 to avoid server side issues. Another weakness point is they have to redesign their package to follow up the world growing market. I hope they solve those issues.

I hereby acknowledge that Web Hosting UK is the best hosting company I have ever known, I have been with web technology since 2001. I have used many hosting services since but once I came across Web Hosting UK I have stopped searching for a new hosting provider. Why would I move if I have the resolution within no time. My journey starts with WHUK in 2008. Since 2008 I had few critical points where the client was on my head. During this period I have found everybody at Web Hosting were very kind to resolve my issue. I would not like to take any name here, but I remember in few occasion member of team stayed extra hours to make sure my problem was resolved. Sometimes I feel like I'm paying far too little or nothing compared to excellent value services I get. I would not recommend any thing to make it better, as it is cool as it is. I do not think I would ever like to look for another hosting service as I am with the best.

A very smooth transfer from my old server to WHUK. However, I do believe for any newcomer to hosting, there should be more tutorials recommended, or suggested. After a few teething problems with the cPanel and spam filters, the help I received from the various agents solved my issues. A one-to-one conversation might be better than the chat line.

I've been a very happy Web Hosting UK customer for a couple of years and one of the best aspects of it is the online "chat" facility which allows us to resolve problems in real time rather than sometimes days if the only option is email. I've just had one such session with a member of the team, who helped me sort out a silly problem but, as with all Web Hosting UK support personnel, was helpful, courteous and offered a speedy resolution. If anyone is reading this with a view to signing up with Web Hosting UK, I say "Go for it!". I couldn't be happier with the service I get and plan on staying with them until the day I stop using the internet.

There is a heart-stopping moment when your business website goes offline overnight due to 'You have used up your bandwidth allocation'. The recovery phone call to Web Hosting UK the following morning resulted in him getting us back online immediately. The whole issue was resolved when the account was upgraded within the hour. Excellence is ordinary with Web Hosting UK staff; today I had a chat with a member of the billing team. As usual with their staff I had a real time solution for the issue without any kind of delay. Web Hosting UK remains one of the rare live miracles in this world. This is the first real 24/7 service host I have found since 2005. Previously, I was expecting the other hosts to respond to my queries within few hours. But now; I discovered a host who can solve any issue within seconds.

I started with Web Hosting UK one month ago. I found they offer great helpful teamwork. The staff members are very kind and cooperative. Can you believe that the new domain was working after 2 minutes of registration time! They offer 24/7 support that will solve all your issues in real time. This is the host that understands you and and they do their best to serve you. I am talking after a painful attempt to get on the internet in 2007 with another company. I lost my site during that time due to unclear limitations and useless customer support. But now every thing is different.

After a few searches for web hosting, i'm glad I ended up with Web Hosting UK for my first webhost. I got signed up today and the initial reaction was great in terms of support/availability. I've had a brilliant experience with this hosting company. Hayden was amazing. He was quick and patient to help me with my email problems because we have just transferred hosting companies today. He emailed me straight away with the solution. I had rung in earlier on today and got two different people who I didn't find very helpful and actually lost their patience with me. They ended up emailing the instructions to me but I would of rather had vocal technical support. When I got Hayden I was so grateful and I will ask for him in the future. I guess it depends who you get on the other end at the end of the day. Colin has also been great from the very beginning and helped me in starting it up, he emails me and even calls me to double check if I'm alright. I like this company so far and hope they keep up with the good work. We need help over the phone because computer technology is not my thing! Thanks Hayden!

You can get cheaper web hosting but their support is second to none. I have used other services but always return to web hosting UK for the best support. This is mostly over the live chat service as they know what they are doing. I have several websites with them for many years.

Have been with them from last 3 years (4th year running), just great service. Servers are up all the time and performance is good too. Service is 24/7 which is a biggest plus for me.

I had an issue in getting my domain names and web hosting registered through Web Hosting UK. Went through atleast 6 members of staff on chat but none could resolve the issue, as I had paid through telephone banking.

Then along came Adam Smith from the Billing Department to the rescue and saved the day!

A message to his employers, Adam Smith deserves a pay rise, if not a pay rise then at least give him a fat Christmas bonus, as he is a valuable asset to Web Hosting UK.

A few days ago, I contacted their Billing Support via Live chat, but got nowhere. Today, I thought I'd try again in the hope I'd get somebody different who knew what they were doing, and without any wait time at all, I was chatting to a guy called Shawn. Shawn investigated my problem for me, and sorted it out for me very promptly. Shawn was courteous, professional and personable, and I can only hope that the next time I need Billing Support, I'm lucky enough to chat with him again.

I just feel compelled to congratulate your support team and Shawn in particular in your billing department. Always first class communication which is prompt and efficient. It is because of the support team at Webhostinguk, who gave me confidence and peace of mind, that I was able to set up my own web development business. I know that they are always there on hand ready and able to fix and resolve even the most complicated challenges and quickly and easily. I have been with this company for a month and I am a new business. My invoice is due today but I don't receive money from my business until tomorrow. I have spoken to a number of people this afternoon via web chat - Jason, Tamara and Adam Smith. Although more difficult than a conventional telephone conversation, they were very patient with me and very helpful in the initial stages of changing my hosts. It was a nervous time for me as the domain is very much live. We have decided to move a test domain first and then get to grips with Cpanel, prior to switching the live domain. Webhosting UK has been an incredible company to work with. We came across them because they were one of three companies recommended by a security expert who does penetration testing. I figured that was a good place to start getting recommendations.

The initial sales work with Ross was just how every company should handle sales: answered all of my questions, sent me all requested information, and when it took us a while to make up our mind about what company to use, he'd just check back in with us, but was never pushy. He's always been great about helping me sort out what products we need.

Then, amazingly, once we decided to go with them, their customer support has been just as excellent. All the time, every time. They have 24/7 chat support, and the patience of a saint. We have multiple servers doing multiple things. Some of which I knew how to set up, and some I had to learn as I went. If something wasn't working, they were always happy to jump on and take a look.

If we have an issue, I just jump on chat to check it out. If it needs something more than a chat can do, they request I submit a ticket. Once submitted, they are always right on the job. Like another posted stated, they are more than happy to sort out the problem, even when the problem is me.

Who'd have thought customer support could be so easy? I've never been left hanging in the breeze with Webhosting UK. I always know my lifeline is just one click away. Thanks guys!

Just to mention, customer support/sales team (Greg) was very helpful and informative about the product I was looking for. He could swiftly assist me with any questions I had. I can't yet rate the product's quality as I haven't yet been able to use the account manager and start loading my websites but looking at your organized system I should have no problems at all and should be very satisfied with the product.

Greg G helped me work through their hosting options and I bombarded him with 101 questions about the service, the software, the configuration and how I could install my own software to save money. It was the honesty and dedication (over an hour) that encouraged me to signup another hosting account with them. I would like to add that when there is a problem with the server or a website, I hop straight on to their chat window and they always do what ever is necessary to help me to get everything working again. There is never any mention to additional costs or charges. I would highly recommend WebHostingUK.

I am having to upgrade the package I already have with Webhosting UK to due restrictions on my current package and after speaking to Alexis from sales I found him extremely patient and helpful. I have always found the prices competitive the help and service excellent and the live chat has been a web life saver at times being able to chat to someone at 3am when you're pulling your hair out is pretty awesome. So yes I recommend them and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Matt was responsive to the queries leading up to the purchase of the service. The pricing is competitive and so far the quality is good. I dont want to commit yet to 5 start quality until we have been using the service for longer but so far so good.

One of the most important aspects of hosting a web site or running a small hosting company that resells hosting to clients, is the upstream support from the data centre.
