Simply The Best In the past I have used several different "answering services". Smith.AI is not an answering service, they actually become part of your team. Unlike answering services who just answer the phone and take a message, Smith.AI actually learn about your business and becomes a trusted team member. Since signing up, they have allowed me to streamline my business processes and make more money. I am able to work anywhere in the world and know that the phones are being answered, questions are being answered and I'm being notified of any and all calls, chats, etc. They have an excellent team of dedicated individuals. I only wish I had found Smith.AI sooner .
