I've been locked out of our Cloud9 environment for two full business days--and our company Quickbooks file as a result. More than 24 hours after submitting an urgent ticket, three voicemails (after waiting on hold for 11 minutes each time), and an escalating email to the Support Manager at the end of the first day. All unanswered, and I'm still locked out. This has been disruptive to our business to say the least. We'll be switching services at our earliest opportunity.
