I had a problem with my financial software and they were not able to help me. They told me to contact Cloud 9. The technician was very kind, professional and very through. He went the extra mile when notice that I was very frustrated with being on the phone for sometime with the other software company to not get anywhere. He explained the issues and tried to find an alternative solution.
