The product is very easy to use and streamlines a lot of my HR processes. This work used to take hours and now it takes minutes. Their customer support team is also very helpful. There are certainly some limitations with the program but it's still a relatively new product and they are always rolling out new features and enhancements. Figure out exactly what your needs are and compare them to Zenefits' offering. While they offer a fantastic platform there are still a number of features that they don't have at this stage so it's worth making sure it's the right fit for your business at this point in time.
