Overall, we would definitely recommend Zenefits, particularly for smaller organizations like ours, since it is efficient to have all HR handled in one place. Lots of features, and now that payroll processing is possible, it has become so comprehensive that everything is in one place. Pricing is still affordable, even though they now charge for features that used to be free. The new interface is relatively easy to use, and we definitely appreciate the continued efforts to improve the program. Customer service remains an area for improvement. The quality is definitely inconsistent, and unfortunately, we've had more bad experiences than positive ones. There's lots of being bounced from one person/department to another, and occasionally unresponsiveness--it was a nightmare renewing our insurance plans.
