We utilized this solution at a Series B funded startup at the time and the major influence for selecting Zenefits was due to price point and customization. You are able to keep clean employee files, documents, and have new hires e-sign their paperwork. Sometimes the system was very clunky, we were not able to do certain things and some users would have different views, although the same permissions. Support was very poor here. Although we used this system during 2015 when there was a lot of internal turmoil at Zenefits. Overall we made it work!
