We have used VeloxServ for many years now and we are always pleased with the service. There is seldom any down time, and when there is we're instantly notified about it. Along with a message about what's being done to resolve the issue and a time frame. We cannot recommend VeloxServ enough we have 2 Dedicated Servers and 1 VPS with them and looking to expand further in the future! The staff are always happy to help, even though we don't pay for a managed server I know if there's any serious issues these guys are there to get us up and running again!
