Being able to get through to support, and have them being able to help, is fantastic. I've been using chat to contact them and have had all questions answered while I'm navigating on their site, which usually means I'm trying to find something in cPanel. I don't have "complex" issues, generally, but being able to get help reliably, especially as a relative beginner on WordPress, makes a big difference. Kudos to the team.
