Well in gonna honest about this...im a newbies about all this tech matter especially this cPanel matter...its makes me go haywire... Well before coming to z.com i look up and down for the best webhosting provider and got attention of some others providers, but nothing catch my attention with the price they offer except z.com After buying a business hosting, try to filled in some contents, the whole system crash which do not know what actually happen...first try is the z.com chatline...but were refer to my email in which z.com staff will eventually solved for me.. Upon that i tried here and there inside the cPanel and i cant do anything about it...friends say try YouTube to look for solution...but to no avail Second day send email with a ticket attached...but no respond on the 3rd day... Cant wait the start making content for my website...i try the chatline and Veronica was there... She help me effortlessly and were so polite too... I was so stunned by here knowledge on this tech

I had problems with my domains that I had transferred from pangalan.com. I wasn't notified about renewals, so my domains ended up expiring. Discussed this through Live Chat (c/o Veronica), and she was able to give me instant solutions. Kudos for how she handled my concern, but I do hope the platform does something to prevent this inconvenience in renewing domains.
