They are SCAMMERS. They dont wanna refund your service if it was setup already. How you can test it then ? By refunding only Zap Coins ? You support is horrible. I've made a ticket that got a first reply AFTER 24H. Unbelievable in 2021...And please, dont write an automated reply, you are just scamming people that want to be honest. I've tryed your "The Forest" servers and your guy Marcel caused me that 24H downtime because it had moved the machine to another server, but the cause was another one. Prepare better your "sysadmins"

Excellent hosting servers, but the customer service is disgusting. I've been trying to disable my Zap-Hosting account for over a month now, and they keep trying to take money off my card and WILL NOT cancel it. There also is no option on their control panel to cancel your service after it is suspended. They just keep trying to withdraw the money from the card on file. I've been in contact with them multiple times and they keep trying to take my money. Don't use these people unless you have a pre-paid VISA that you can cancel when you no longer need the service to avoid complications.

DO NOT use this. Thieves DO NOT use this. I bought a VPS from their website and first off the payment went trough twice and I ended up paying 214 instead of 170EUR. I contacted them and they did not want to refund me as they blamed it on the payment gateway. They decided to give me ZAP coins to use on their website which is not useful for me. Next I started using their VPS and they are LXC Containers, which doesn't support docker. This is not specified anywhere in the VPS description. Again I contact them and they refunded me in ZAP coins. At the end I ended up loosing 214 EUR and now I have 214 ZAP coins which I can only use on their server and have no use to me. Shameful service. Straight up thieves

The absolute worst hosting provider I've ever experienced. They've corrupted all of my server file data multiple times; no refunds. I spent an entire first month coding a server - used their backup and lost everything. They offered absolutely no compensation, and weeks later the problem still hasn't been fixed. Their support do absolutely nothing, and neither do the "technicians" they send you to when they're absolutely clueless. For $60 I can't even believe this provider manages to still even exist; switching to a VPS when the cycle ends tomorrow - hoping I can save all of my data to do so. Can't imagine how many other people have lost their servers because of this. Avoid Zap Hosting at all costs. Their website goes down ALL OF THE TIME for "maintenance" (right). Their game servers NEVER stay online 24 hours a day - it ALWAYS crashes 2+ times a day due to "gameserver interruptions" that take 15+ minutes to recover.. I'm 23 years old I don't have time like that but this I had to share. This companies a joke don't even touch it with a stick.
