Unprofessional, lots of downtime and poor performance VPS / V server: - Falling down regularly - For inexplicable reasons the server password changes frequently, the support supposedly doesn't know anything, strange if you only have access alone and that happens regularly. - Multiple external access by employees, data is moved or other Programs installed in the background. - The provider does not know the word backups, and the servers also crash more frequently by itself for no reason, which often means that it has to be reinstalled. Attention: Without a backup or data can be saved: Nice. Unfortunately, the support is absolutely unprofessional and incompetent. They don't offer Solutions and you go around in circles for hours. The only offers are: Migration and a new installation (WOW), in many cases does not bring what you want. In addition, the support does not respond to concerns and blames the customer, no matter how clear it may be: the customer is always to blame. Example? You have 4 servers, all of which are the same, you can connect to 3 without any problems and one does not connect. You restart it, but it doesn't work. Of the Support tries to make it clear to you that it's your own adapter settings and the internet line is up. How can it be that you connect to the other 3 can? It feels like being trolled, in the end they offer who would have thought: As always, only a new installation. I have been a member here for years since I have some I could really take advantage of offers for my projects and I didn't care if from 20 servers times 5 didn't work, it was annoying but always cheap. But it is now getting worse. Performance drops, downtimes increase and the support is real absolutely useless. You want to change your server password after it has been dated Reset or change provider for unknown reasons? Sure, off into the user interface and then change. Not with Zap. You get a cluster in between Error and cannot change the password and thus cannot use the server. So? Off to support, they say there are internal problems, but they are working flat out. 3 days later, it means it has been fixed and still nothing works. What do you offer now? We can reinstall the server, but the password can still not be changed. There is no refund or compensation here and the waste of time is free. Unprofessionell, viele Downtimes und schlechte Performance VPS/V Server: - Stürzen regelmäßig ab - Aus unerklärlichen Gründen ändert sich häufiger das Server-Passwort, der Support weiß angeblich von nichts, komisch wenn man nur alleine Zugriff hat und das regelmäßig passiert. - Mehrfach Fremdenzugriff von Mitarbeitern, Daten werden verschoben oder sonstige Programme im Hintergrund installiert. - Das Wort Backups kennt der Anbieter nicht, ebenfalls stürzen die Server häufiger ohne Grund von selber ab was oftmals zur Folge hat das er neu installiert werden muss. Achtung: Ohne das ein Backup existiert oder Daten gesichert werden können: Nice. Der Support ist leider absolut unprofessionell und inkompetent. Sie bieten keine Lösungen und man dreht sich stundenlang im Kreis. Die einzigen Angebote sind: Migration und eine Neuinstallation (WOW), bringt in vielen Fällen nicht was man wünscht. Dazu geht der Support nicht auf Anliegen ein und schiebt jegliche Schuld auf den Kunden, egal wie klar es auch sein mag: Der Kunde hat immer Schuld. Beispiel? Du besitzt 4 Server, alle sind gleich, auf 3 kannst du ohne Probleme verbinden und einer stellt keine Verbindung her. Man startet ihn neu, aber es bringt nichts. Der Support versucht einem dann klar zu machen das es an den eigenen Adaptereinstellungen und der Internet Leitung liegt. Wie kann es sein das man aber auf die andere 3 verbinden kann? Es fühlt sich an als ob man getrollt wird, am Ende bieten sie wer hätte es gedacht: Wie immer nur eine Neuinstallation an. Seit Jahren war ich hier Mitglied, da ich einige Angebote echt für meine Projekte ausnutzen konnte und es mir egal war wenn von 20 Servern mal 5 nicht liefen, es war ärgerlich aber halt immer billig. Inzwischen wird es aber immer schlimmer. Performance sinkt, downtimes steigen und der Support ist wirklich absolut nicht zu gebrauchen. Du möchtest dein Server-Passwort ändern, nachdem es vom Anbieter aus unterkennlichen Gründen geändert wurde zurücksetzen oder ändern? Klar, ab ins Userinterface und dann ändern. Nicht bei Zap. Du erhälst zwischendurch einen Cluster Fehler und kannst das Passwort nicht ändern und somit den Server nicht nutzen. Also? Ab zum Support, dieser sagt es gibt interne Probleme, aber sie arbeiten mit Hochdruck dran. 3 Tage später, heißt es man hat es behoben und trotzdem geht nichts. Was bieten sie nun an? Wir können ja den Server neu installieren, das Passwort kann man dann aber weiterhin nicht ändern. Eine Erstattung oder Entschädigung gibt es hier nicht und die Zeitverschwendung ist gratis.
