We are having issues with the food delivery app which we have reported but no one has gotten back to us about. When a customer places an order and they select their pick-up location, it does not show the locations closest to them and they naturally pick the first option. This has been causing a lot of issues with our orders across our restaurants. You need to have this fixed urgently. I've opened bug requests, tickets and called but you guys don't offer support through the phone for the platform..
