We used When I Work as a short-term solution for something that was outside our normal scope, and were thankful for a boxed solution we could use right away that was obviously developed with our kind of problem in mind. It did what we needed it to do, and the only reason we stopped using it was because the event was over and we don't really need that kind of platform in our daily workflow.
