We have been working with Webcitz for many years and should have written this review long ago. David and the crew know what they are doing. They have ALWAYS responded promptly and professionally. Our online business needs the assurance that no matter what comes up we will be up and running. Webcitz has proven again and again they have our back. We look forward to meeting them in person, to thank them. We made a mistake that caused an issue on a Sunday morning at 9 am. By 9:20 they had us up and running at full speed again. Class act.

What can I say about this company? These people that work there? Unbelievable!! It doesn't matter when or why you call, they will help you. The other part of that statement is: I never have to call them! They made a web site for us that works 24/7. But if I do call they actually take care of it right then. As a business owner and entrepreneur for 35 years I am definitely what you would call 'old school'. When it comes to marketing your business and getting noticed, my comfort level and experience has always been door knocking and telemarketing. These days to try and find a true salesman to 'cold-call' is nearly impossible while telemarketing and newspaper is all but dead. What do we have left? Direct-mail, bulk-mail, radio, TV and events which are trade-specific are all effective to a degree but have limitations such as cost, audience-targeting and no long-term effect. And then there is the person at the other-end-of-the-phone, usually from some 'far-east' country telling me, "don't hang-up, your company is not getting noticed on the internet...you need to be on the FRONT PAGE OF GOOGLE". What gibberish! If I was paid minimum wage for the time spent listening to all the solicitations I have received from these so-called, Google-Gurus, not to mention designers of websites, social-media...
