I just ordered a reseller account and they claimed to be "Instant Activation" but until now after few hours my account is still in "Pending" status? I open ticket to ask for help about what is wrong but no reply at all after 2 hours and they claimed to have 24/7 support! This is the first time I have an experience like this. Very disappointed experience!

I have been with many different web hosting providers over the past 10+ years. LogicWeb has been superb by far compared to other popular hosts like Godaddy or A2hosting. They include Cpanel with Scriptaculous, Lets Encypt SSL certs which is what I use across all sites. Support is incredibly fast too and they actually resolve any issues on the first response.

In Netherlands hard to find good host with speed and uptime. I tried a few before but logicweb is best in my experience. I use cloudflare cdn too and my wordpress site loads very fast compared to others I tried before. So far so good after 6 months. The spam filter is much better too.
