What is Webafrica?
We are one of South Africa’s biggest privately owned Internet Service Providers (ISPs). We provide broadband Fibre, VOIP, LTE, and ADSL internet services, connecting more than 50 000 homes and businesses across South Africa. In 2012 we were rated South Africa’s second favorite ISP, having first won the title of Best ADSL Service Provider way back in 2006. Since then we have been consistently rated one of SA’s favorite ISPs. With a team of roughly 150 “Webafricans” who believe in going the extra mile for our customers, we provide excellent year round support and strive for 99% up-time on all our services, which we think is why we are close to achieving our goal of becoming South Africa's best-loved and most trusted ISP. v

I have been experiencing bad service from webAfrica. Their internet access is bad. There's lots of ones and offs / interruptions everyday. For this month of July I have been without internet connection hours equalling to 5 days but I have paid full R400 but get to be online for only 20 days in a month. From Sunday at 20:30 I was offline up until Monday at 12:30. I was chatting to one Thandazani Vacu and it was horrible experience I ever had. Totally bad I even felt like webAfrica is doing me a favour but I am paying them. webAfrica is taking people for granted.Well I can promise you that it is going to end bad for webAfrica. It looks like been sued R30000 is nothing for webAfrica this company did not learn from that
