Its been such a pain dealing with them. Though they respond to all your support within 24 hours but their service is never reliable. They suddenly put my live site down saying some strain in SQL server. Though I have been given 15GB bandwidth in shared hosting, I hardly used 1 GB, even then they put my site down. This is not the review written just because my site went down, this is my experience after being 6 months with them and some problem has occurred every month.
