Permissions setup across a large enterprise rollout has been the biggest headache. Vinelytics lets you create roles, but granular field-level access is clunky. Two years in and my team still occasionally bumps into view restrictions they shouldn't have. Real friction.
That said, the mobile access is genuinely solid. Crew leads pull up block data in the field without issues, and the cloud sync rarely causes problems. If they cleaned up the admin configuration side, this would be a much easier recommendation to make.
