Fantastic. We have been working with Craig and the team since 2011, until recently using them for dedicated servers and from today for FTTC broadband too. The thing we like is the ongoing customer service, we tried other well known suppliers but when any kind of problem cropped up it was like dealing with a black hole. Craig and Veloxserv could not be more different, we feel looked after and consequently we can look after our customers. Outstanding value for money, great support and friendly - what more could you want.

We have hosted our equipment in a half-rack with VeloxServ for multiple years now after switching from a different colocation provider with lackluster service. This switch has proved to be one of the best business decisions we have made given both the cost-savings and the exceptional service. With their brand-new datacenter comes even-more resilience and a significant increase in bandwidth/peering, which we fully-leverage to provide our services. Their staff are incredibly friendly regardless of the time of day, and site access is never a problem. Overall I would highly recommend anyone looking at dedicated hosting/colocation to speak to VeloxServ and see what they can do for you. I have had a dedicated server with VeloxServ for just over a year now and it is brilliant. I have two VPS's elsewhere and was frustrated with the lack of spec or lack of control. The VeloxServ dedicated box solves both of those issues for me. For the same price as those VPS's I am getting far better kit and hugely better service. I find the customer service excellent. Both professional and friendly. Always there to help and very quick turnaround. I wrote on Twitter a few months after getting set up on my server that if is refreshing to find a company wanting to help their customers out so much. I would strongly recommend VeloxServ to any looking for servers and I will be looking at expanding with them as I hope my business expands.

VeloxServ are an excellent colocation company. They are clear and simple to deal with; they don't have a lot of hidden charges for things and crucially, when something goes wrong firstly they are always happy to help out, and secondly they have a very accessible datacenter in North London, with is a real plus. Any issues and we can jump on the tube and get access right away to our hardware. Some of our other colocation partners, though good, are based way out in the sticks, and that does make things harder when issues arise. Any colocation company is good when everything is working right - colocation companies earn their money when things go wrong, and I have no worries trusting our kit to VeloxServ - I know they're clear and simple to deal with; they aren't going to use our problems as an opportunity to blitz us with hidden charges, and they will help out as much as they can. And they're super accessible too. No question I'm happy to work with them now and in the future.

VeloxServ has the best customer service I ever had from anyone. I've been to Hostgator, Rapidswitch and other hosts to try and get the best deal with the top hardware at a good price to run a dedicated server on. VeloxServ given me that and out priced RapidSwitch not to mention given me more for my money. The whole team at VeloxServ are fast at responses and investigate any issues very quickly and fast. Requesting Reboots from them are an almost instant response better than anyone I've been with. Since they are a UK Host with their own servers and not being a reseller. You get everything you need to run your websites smoothly, effectively and with emails, twitter updates on anything going on with VeloxServ. They also support a lot of local charity events which is a positive image too. I had a high end server with them but downgraded due to not needing the resources anymore as I sold off a few high resourced websites. The downgrade process was smooth with no major disruption to my visitors. A true Web Host hero that I'll always admire is the one and only VeloxServ. Thank You!
