Iβm extremely disappointed with TLD. While the platform looks nice and being cloud-based is convenient, thatβs where the positives end. Reporting errors are constant, the multi-stage sales process is not helpful, and the admin dashboard lacks basic functionality. To make matters worse, their technical support is awful. Unhelpful and slow responses show they donβt have enough staff to meet user needs. For the price, I expected a reliable, CRM, but this feels like an overpriced startup experiment. Definitely not worth it in my opinion.

Perfect system for what we do. Better than all the other CRMs and phone systems we tried before. Great for agents, managers, and everyone who uses it. It is simple to use and has great capabilities that let you set your phone traffic however you want, look at your data however you want, and everything else you could need.
