Sales rep Jack Ramos hung up the phone on me when I declined to set up a time to endure the demo. Very rude, and while I understand his frustration with his job as a skill-less salesman, its not an excuse to behave unprofessionally. On the plus side for me, I won't be receiving another call from him and the bridge is burned with this company. Don't bother responding with an apology or your bs excuses.

Terrible service. Especially for small business. Doesn’t follow through with what is promised and pitched when they are getting you to join. Their services are substandard at best and terrible ethics. I wrote to cancel services. They continue to suck money out of my account anyway. I open a BEtter Business Bureau complaint and they respond with lies. I wish I had checked the complaints on Better Business Bureau before signing up with this agency. Highly recommend that you do. They keep forcing a service on me I don’t want and had been counter productive. It’s a nightmare.

As soon as, and I mean the very second that I said "I think I'll pass for now", he hung up the phone (although he did say "thanks a lot").
