ROI Very poor for my company. Made a big mistake and signed 1 year contract. Tested for 6 months and results were very poor. In selling program they make it sound easy. Not at ALL Buyer Beware.

AVOID this company! Had month to month contract, but still keep getting billed, keep having to dispute each and every charge. such a headache!! One member of staff told me he would amend my account to a month to month commitment, he didnt and now another member of staff refuses to cancel. I sent her the emails from the first member of staff showing his understanding and reply to change my account. Even after this, she refuses to cancel. For a customer retention management company, Signpost treats its customers terribly.
