Due to time zone differences, the communication isn't always as quick as we would like. Sign of the times has forced us to convert to a paperless environment which in turn will allow our people to have time for other more interesting tasks.

We implemented Rossum with zero custom training of the AI, and the accuracy of the recognition was still impressive. Better than any other system we had evaluated. - The user interface is very friendly. Sign up for the trial and experience it. - The onboarding process was very professional and efficient. - The potential use cases go beyond invoice document types since you have the ability to define the document schema. - The solution is designed for end-user customization. It's definitely not a one size fits all type of solution. - They are very interested in customer feedback. You do get to influence the delivery of new features. - The application and API documentation is excellent. We figured out our integration options using just documentation provided on their website. - The cost to value ratio beat all the other solutions.

The team is down to earth, they have a very open and inviting attitude towards dealing with customer problems. I consider them an extended part of my team rather than a vendor, as I can always count on them. Whether we talk about Petr, Balu, Marek or Michaela all of them are always a call away, ready to help, this has made post-implementation support a breeze. I have been interacting with the team since the very early days of Rossum and a lot of my feedback was considered with an open mind for the product. Thanks, team for your inclusive DNA. We were looking for promising ICR capability years before we stumbled upon a demo on Rossum's website. Instantly, we knew these guys have cracked what others haven't. We have used and tested over 10 different ICR/OCR tools over the years, including industry giants. The accuracy expected at the time for an ICR was around 75% and no players were confident enough to higher, but Rossum was delivering already in trial. Now, achieves over 90% accuracy.
