"Very impressed with Rossum AI" Simple queue schema configuration with constantly improving accuracy on extracting specific data points. Reducing 15-20minutes of human processing work, to about 20 seconds or less. Multiple queues for different extraction logic and types of documents means we can automate further based on invoices/documents customers send to us. The user UI is fantastic and easy to use. From an IT/Development perspective, I cannot think of anything I dislike other than the fact we cannot transfer excel documents for basic data capture.

"Rossum is easy to use and lessens the need for manual data entering." I like the possibility of marking the information straight from the document to fill in the vital fields, without having to enter every field letter by letter. The documents that our clients upload are digitized quickly and efficiently. AI speeds up our job. Rossum is not the best at detecting information from print-out receipts, such as taxi or restaurant bills, and therefore manual data entering cannot fully be avoided. The AI is not always accurate, yet it has gotten significantly better within the months.
