Awesome service and great platform! Our reviews have skyrocketed since we started using Review Wave. Being able to integrate automatic text reminders, reactivation texts, appointment follow ups has been great. We also use The Scheduling App feature which our patients LOVE. We have people scheduling at all hours of the day. They also have online forms you can design so paperwork can be completed prior to their visit and inputted directly into our software. The customer support team is friendly and quick at resolving issues.

We absolutely love Review Wave! The texting makes communicating with our patients so easy for them and for us. The scheduling app has been a huge hit with our patients. We've only had to contact support a few times in the years we have used Review Wave, but each time they resolved the issue very quickly. And most times the error was on our end. Review Wave is definitely worth the investment in our office, even if there wasn't a "review" portion of it. I see the reviews as a bonus! I couldn't imagine running a busy practice without Review Wave!!!

I couldn’t imagine practicing with out Reviewwave! The entire team is amazing! Our front office work load has diminished significantly since we engaged with reviewwave. The automated campaigns are super effective, especially for reactivations and patient education! Our missed appointment stats have also significantly improved. Matt and company are encouraging more & more people to engage in regular chiropractic care with offices around the country. (And this country needs more chiropracTIC than ever in my lifetime!) We started using Review Wave a few months ago. We love it. We've gotten so many great reviews from our patients without having to ask them. Also our patients are loving the online scheduling more and more which helps our front office with fewer phone calls. New patients get the online electronic forms sent out automatically when they schedule a New Patient appointment. I was able to totally customize the forms to meet our needs. I could go on but the bottom line is we are very pleased. Took a little learning curve to get everything done but their support and quick responses were awesome.
