We started using Review Wave a few months ago. We love it. We've gotten so many great reviews from our patients without having to ask them. Also our patients are loving the online scheduling more and more which helps our front office with fewer phone calls. New patients get the online electronic forms sent out automatically when they schedule a New Patient appointment. I was able to totally customize the forms to meet our needs. I could go on but the bottom line is we are very pleased. Took a little learning curve to get everything done but their support and quick responses were awesome.
