Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
Reltio earns strong marks for exceptional support quality. The reviewer credits five years of consistently fast, knowledgeable responses from actual engineers—not templated answers—as a major factor in staying with the product. For resource-constrained teams, this level of responsiveness to support tickets carries real business value.
The platform itself performs well on the core job: handling entity resolution across messy, multi-source data. The reviewer notes this works reliably enough, though the standout advantage appears to be the support experience rather than unique technical capabilities. For a startup without a dedicated data infrastructure team, having capable engineers available during problems—rather than generic support channels—is cited as the primary reason for continued renewal.

“Support like this is rare. Over five years, every ticket…”
Support like this is rare. Over five years, every ticket I've raised with Reltio's team has come back fast, knowledgeable, and without the runaround. Not boilerplate replies. Actual engineers who understand MDM at depth.
For a startup that can't afford a dedicated data infrastructure team, that responsiveness is worth a lot. The platform itself handles our messy multi-source entity resolution well, but honestly, knowing someone capable picks up the phone when things get weird is what keeps me renewing without hesitation.
