But basic human understanding matters more. Keeping money for a service never used is simply wrong. Feels like a trap, not a customer-focused company.

I never found a single trip that was less than I could purchase on my own, directly with the airline. Their initial charge for 1 year was $23.99. I just got hit for an annual renewal at a rate of $104.00. I have never and will never be using their services because they don’t cover my areas of interest for traveling. They said that I agreed to the renewal but I don’t recall that. I do know that I tried to cancel a couple months after the initial purchase and I couldn’t figure out how to cancel the service. But when this renewal charge was pending, I contacted them for a cancellation and refund and they did send me the confirmation so I could cancel but they informed me that they couldn’t give me a refund. Why is this, since I have never used their services and this charge is for this coming year. I was going to report this to the BBB but I couldn’t because even tho they receive payment in this country (USA), they are located in another country. I now wish I had used a different payment method and maybe I could get my refund through them. But I used CashApp and doubt that I’ll be refunded. I did fill out their online form, but I’m not very hopeful at this point. I will never use RatePunk and Iwill never recommend them to anyone.

I immediately contacted the RatePunk customer support team and shared complete proof of payment. While I did receive an initial acknowledgement and responded promptly to their subsequent queries, the matter has remained unresolved for several weeks. My follow-up emails have only received generic responses stating that the funds are “still being traced.” It is deeply disappointing that such a basic issue remains unresolved after repeated correspondence. I request that RatePunk investigate this matter with urgency and ensure that the payment is either properly applied to my membership or refunded in full.

They have an automatic 3 month payment hidden in the terms and conditions. If they believed that people wanted this they would send out an email reminding you of the upcoming payment. Conveniently, they have a no refund policy, too. Flight prices are also not great. Avoid at all costs.

Shady scam do not sign up! Most domestic flight are terrible airlines like Spirit where they nickel and dime you to death until it ends up being a terrible deal. If you want to choose your departure and return dates you’re better off using a travel site like Expedia or Booking. I never found a decent deal. Finally cut my losses and cancelled the subscription. Not worth it!

Can’t give a zero. App does not work on iPhone - prompts you to sign in, successful and then loops back to sign in. Impossible to search or use membership. Customer service is terrible. Had to exchange many emails to get a refund. Have not been successful. I book 90% international flights and would never trust this app for these bookings.
