I discovered RatePunk through an Instagram advertisement and was initially impressed by its potential as a tool for flight bookings and travel upgrades. On 1 January 2026, I registered on the RatePunk website and proceeded to make a payment for membership. The payment was successfully processed from my end; however, I did not receive any confirmation, and my account shows no record of the transaction or an active membership. I immediately contacted the RatePunk customer support team and shared complete proof of payment. While I did receive an initial acknowledgement and responded promptly to their subsequent queries, the matter has remained unresolved for several weeks. My follow-up emails have only received generic responses stating that the funds are “still being traced.” It is deeply disappointing that such a basic issue remains unresolved after repeated correspondence. I request that RatePunk investigate this matter with urgency and ensure that the payment is either properly applied to my membership or refunded in full.
