What can I say about this company. Well for 1 in Paul they have one of the best customer front desk sales people I have ever been in contact with. As I am not very knowledgeable about setting up hosting and bringing in blogging sites for example from another areas of the internet Paul was always calm and took my non knowledge into consideration and walked me through all the steps, even when steps had to be repeated. I can only speak very highly about PAC WebHosting. They are a team that LISTENS to you and no matter your knowledge level they never talked over me or in a way that I felt completely out of control of the situation even when at times I felt I was. I wish I could give 6 stars but I can only go as far as 5.

I have over 50 Domains with them, 3 Hosting systems and now a Cloud Server, Which is simply awesome! The service they provide is the best I have found in my 12 years of hosting and domain name supply. The charges are clear and exceptionally good value considering the Very High level of customer care received. In the time I have been with PAC I don't think I have had to wait more than 4 hours for an issue to be dealt with completely. In today's throw away society PAC offer proper customer service for no extra charge!
