I have used several web hosting companies in the past. PAC WebHosting is, by far, the very best one I've had the pleasure of using. I am not especially technical and have had to reach out to their support people on a number of occasions. PAC's response has always been immediate, patient and instructive. Even when I've gone back to them time and time again, they've carried on helping me sort out with (what turn out to be usually) user-errors! Nevertheless, they've never been snotty or patronising and have explained things in plain English. The customer login area is also easy to use and understand. They keep you up-to-date with regular newsletters and they've recently rolled out new services for free. I'm not sure they're they're the cheapest web hosting in the world (I haven't checked lately) but they're by far one of the best. So, whenever anyone asks me for a recommendation of where to host their website, I suggest PAC WebHosting. You don't have to try themselves of course. It's up to you. But if you're looking to move web hosts or host a new website, I think you can't go far wrong by using these guys.

Fantastic value and support. I had been looking for hosting for a few weeks for a new business venture, had the usual problems support was either on a US phone number or a chargeable 0844 number, then I found PAC webHosting. My first contact was via their 0800 number and Paul, this was the first voting point for me, instead of the usual sell every add on possible I was encouraged to start off with their Starter hosting and see how that went and upgrade if I needed more space. It took just a few hours to get my domain transferred and my SSL certificate was issued in less than 24 hours. Support is fast and excellent either by phone or email. Feature rich hosting and great email, I had used Horde (webmail) before with a hosting company charging a lot more than PAC so was a pleasant surprise to find it included and lots of scripts to choose from to install. Simply great value for money with excellent support to boot!
