They are impossible to work with if you want to cancel your account. They will not let you cancel unless it is online but then you go online (using their instructions) and, again, it is impossible to cancel. Our domain name was switched to another carrier in 2011. It is 2019 and they are still trying to bill us!

I've hosted numerous personal sites for myself and friends over the years and have always found to them to be reliable and easy to work with - great technical support, with knowledgeable staff that can actually help with problems that are more complicated than a typical email issue. This alone has made it worth it for me to stay with them because I've tried other companies that just couldn't help me stuff sometimes because they would say it was beyond their level of support.
